The new University Regulation for Business Trips has been issued with Prot. 0087107 of 30/05/2023, effective from next June 15 (fifteenth day after publication in the official register).
The new Regulation is published online on the web pages of the University Regulations.
For the purposes of the entry into force, please note in particular Art. 24 – Transitional and final rules – in which paragraph 4 specifies what to do for the transition to the new regulation:
"Business trips in progress at the date of entry into force of this Regulation have to be completed and regulated in accordance with the previous Business Trips Regulation. The business trips already authorized but not yet carried out are also considered to be ongoing business trips."
